First Visit
All new patients receive a 1 hour initial consultation with their physician and unlimited phone calls, communication on your behalf (to referrals, other physicians, etc) texts and emails for 1 month - (Prior authorizations for Complex Conditions not included)

1:1 Weekly Nutrition Coaching: $1,999 plus medication as needed and access to The Mehra Method Course
**Due to the length of the appointment, and high demand, a non-refundable $100 booking fee is requested at the time of the appointment booking. This will be applied to the appointment fee. For additional consulations or labwork requests after the 4 weeks, please refer to the fee schedule below. Prices subject to change as needed.

Membership Option vs. Fee For Service: What is right for me?
Membership option includes: Quick access to the physician with immediate/priority scheduling, up to 2 monthly visits, metabolic monitoring, diabetes management, weight loss or weight management, emailing with physician and communication on your behalf (to insurance companies, other physicians, etc)**. Also includes texting and emailing your doctor during office hours. Does not include communication outside of office visits or or injections. If Dr. Mehra prescribes any medication, choosing this option will be more convenient and cost effective than being billed for each visit, communication, and prescription refill.
No contract required. Only a 30 day notice is required to cancel services but reinrollment is subject to $150 reinrollment fee and current membership prices. For any medical conditon requiring on-going treatment with prescriptions including Thyroid conditions, diabetes, weight management, PCOS, and puberty or growth conditions, membership may be required. Weight management and Diabetes Patients require monthly membership for 3 months minimum.

Fee For Service Option : Fees for patients who do not choose monthly fee schedule will be billed per encounter as below. Texting or commumication outside of office visits will be billed per encounter. Prescription refills will only be provided until the next follow up appointment.
