When to Start Solids in Kids - A Conversation with Dr. Wadley

In this episode, I sat down with Dr. Andrea Wadley to talk about when it's a good time to start giving solid foods to kids. Dr. Wadley is board certified in pediatrics, internationally board certified in lactation consulting, and is recognized as a Top Doctor by her peers. She opened OneTwentySeven Pediatrics in July 2018 in order to give families in the Colleyville and Fort Worth areas a better option for personalized general pediatric and lactation care.

Here, we discuss when and how to transition from breast/bottle feeding to solid foods, how to introduce new foods into your child's diet, appropriate portions based on age, and so much more. Healthy eating habits are established early on, and we wanted to give some tools to parents going through the transition to solid foods, so be sure to give this episode a listen.
